Each player may hold only one 88phx account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

88phx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 88phx may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the 88phx Platform. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct an age verification review. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.
To access the full features of the 88phx Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 88phx for identity verification purposes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active 88phx account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 88phx uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88phx login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88phx will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88phx support immediately via live chat. 88phx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
88phx is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
88phx accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your 88phx wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
88phx does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 88phx aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
All transactions on the 88phx Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 88phx reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to your 88phx account.
88phx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
All games available on the 88phx Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All content on the 88phx Platform, including but not limited to the 88phx name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 88 phx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 88phx Platform without prior written consent from 88phx.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 88phx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
88phx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88phx account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88phx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
88phx collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 88phx Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to your personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
88phx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88phx will provide reasonable notice to registered players via SMS or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 88phx Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88phx Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 88phx operates within the regulatory framework for online gaming established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
